Using this site
Square Away Services is an owner-operated cleanout, organization, hauling, and local labor service based in Southern Virginia Beach, serving nearby communities. These terms cover quotes and work arranged through this site. They are our own description of how we work — not a claim that counsel has signed off, and not a substitute for the estimate you actually approve before a job starts.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are estimates based on the information and photos provided. Final pricing is confirmed on site before work begins. These are starting points, not instant-book prices — every job is quoted after we understand the actual space. Final pricing depends on the scope of the project, how much is being removed, the labour involved, hauling and disposal, heavy or awkward items, any materials or storage products you'd like us to pick up, and where you are. Dump and disposal fees and the cost of purchased materials are billed separately and always confirmed with you before we buy anything. A large or heavily packed space can run longer than a single day — if that looks likely, we will say so in the estimate rather than at the end of it.
What we remove, and what we can't
Nothing is removed from your property without your approval. We do not handle hazardous household waste — paint, chemicals, solvents, fuel, asbestos, or similar. Those need a licensed disposal route, and we will tell you where to take them rather than take them ourselves. Some heavy or specialty items (appliances, tires, mattresses) may carry their own disposal fees, which we quote separately, or may not be accepted.
Moving help
Square Away is not a licensed household-goods moving company. Moving help is hands-on labor and local transport assistance — loading, unloading, heavy furniture, and help around a local move — not a long-distance or interstate household-goods move, and not a claim that we hold a mover's license.
Scheduling
Sending a quote request does not book a date or charge a card. Nothing is scheduled or committed until the scope is confirmed with you and you approve the estimate.
