What this covers
This page describes how Square Away Services handles information you share with us when you request a quote or otherwise get in touch. It is our own description of current practice for this owner-operated business — not a claim that a lawyer has reviewed it, and not a privacy notice for a larger company.
What we collect
When you submit a quote request we collect the details you provide: name, phone, email, ZIP code, optional addresses, project description, anything you tell us about heavy items or access, preferred timing, how you would rather hear back, how you heard about us if you choose to say, and any photos you upload. If you arrived from a link with a campaign tag or from another website, we also keep that tag and the name of the website, so we know which of our efforts is working. We use all of this only to understand the space, prepare your estimate, ask follow-up questions, schedule work if you decide to go ahead, and see where our enquiries come from.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party analytics or advertising scripts. The only thing it stores in your browser is that campaign tag, in session storage, for the length of your visit; it is discarded when you close the tab. If we later add a way of counting how the site is used, it will measure pages and form steps, not people, and we will say so here.
How we handle it
We do not sell your information. We do not put it on a marketing list. Photos you send are used to scope the job and are not published without your permission. We keep quote details as long as we need them to quote, do the work, and keep ordinary business records — not longer as a matter of policy we cannot actually follow.
Questions
Questions about your information? A published inbox is still being set up, so send them with a quote request and we'll answer.
