A load-based price buys the truck and the trip. This buys the decisions as well: going through the space with you, organizing what stays, and setting it back up so the room works — with hauling and a donation run inside the same job rather than being the whole of it.
Final pricing depends on the scope of the job — which is why this is a starting point rather than a package to buy sight unseen. Photos make quoting easy, and the number comes back before anything is scheduled.

What stays gets a logical home: grouped by how you actually use it, on shelves, hooks, and labelled bins.

The floor gets swept and the space gets handed back usable — park in it, work in it, walk through it.
Those four moves are the day itself. Getting to it is simpler: send a few photos of the space, we confirm the scope and come back with a clear quote, and the project is scheduled once you approve it. No pressure, and nothing is committed before you have the number.

These are starting points, not instant-book prices — every job is quoted after we understand the actual space. Final pricing depends on the scope of the project, how much is being removed, the labour involved, hauling and disposal, heavy or awkward items, any materials or storage products you'd like us to pick up, and where you are. Dump and disposal fees and the cost of purchased materials are billed separately and always confirmed with you before we buy anything. A large or heavily packed space can run longer than a single day — if that looks likely, we will say so in the estimate rather than at the end of it.
There is no way to buy this from the page, and that is deliberate. Photos are the easier route anyway: send a few of the space, we confirm the scope, and a clear quote comes back with no pressure attached. The project is scheduled once you approve it.
